Please call for a price quote.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your child&#8217;s evaluation will include the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Initial parent interview<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teacher interviews<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data gathering from other professionals (counselors, related service providers, physicians, tutors)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>School visit\/classroom observation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprehensive testing with your child<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scoring of the tests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Writing of the report<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parent follow up meeting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up contact with the referring professional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I discuss all billing prior to providing services to avoid confusion or miscommunication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Payments<\/strong>: Parents are asked to submit the evaluation fee in full at the first session. Payments can be made in cash, check, Venmo or Zelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Insurance<\/strong>:  I do not participate in any health insurance programs.
